DAY 1: 

Introduction: Stretch mark Ink & Inkless technique and scar camouflage is a cosmetic procedure that involves tattooing the skin to help reduce the appearance of scars and stretch marks. The goal of this procedure is to create a natural-looking skin tone and texture that blends with the surrounding skin.

Training Curriculum:

1. Understanding the Anatomy of the Skin:

• Familiarize yourself with the layers of the skin and how they relate to the healing process of scars and stretch marks.
• Learn about the different types of scars and stretch marks, and how they can affect the outcome of the camouflage procedure.

2. Equipment and Materials:

• Understand the different types of machines, needles, and pigments used for stretch mark and scar camouflage.
• Learn how to properly set up and sterilize your equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.

3. Color Theory and Pigment Selection:

• Understand how to choose the right pigment color for your client's skin tone and the type of scar or stretch mark being treated.
• Learn about the different color theory principles and how they apply to stretch mark and scar camouflage.

4. Client Consultation:

• Learn how to assess your client's scars or stretch marks to determine the best treatment plan.
• Understand how to communicate with clients to set realistic expectations and address any concerns.
• Determine the best approach for treatment, whether it be a full coverage camouflage or partial coverage.

5. Technique and Application:

• Learn how to properly hold and manipulate the machine and needle to create a natural-looking skin tone and texture.
• Understand the different techniques used to create different types of scars and stretch marks.
• Practice creating a natural-looking skin texture and tone that blends with the surrounding skin.

6. Aftercare and Maintenance:

• Understand how to properly care for the treated area to ensure proper healing and pigment retention.
• Educate your clients on how to maintain the results of the procedure and schedule touch-up appointments.

7. Work on Live Models.

DAY 2:

Introduction: Scalp micro pigmentation is a cosmetic procedure that involves tattooing the scalp with small dots to create the appearance of a shaved head or thicker hair. This is achieved by injecting pigments into the scalp using a specialized machine and needle.

Training Curriculum:

1.Understanding the anatomy of the scalp

• Familiarize yourself with the layers of the scalp and hair follicles.
• Learn about the different types of hair loss and scalp conditions that can be treated with scalp micro pigmentation.

2. Equipment and Materials

• Understand the different types of machines, needles, and pigments used for scalp micro pigmentation.
• Learn how to properly set up and sterilize your equipment to maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.

3. Color Theory and Pigment Selection

• Understand how to choose the right pigment color for your client's skin tone and hair color.
• Learn about the different color theory principles and how they apply to scalp micro pigmentation.

4. Client Consultation

• Learn how to assess your client's scalp and hair loss to determine the best treatment plan.
• Understand how to communicate with clients to set realistic expectations and address any concerns.

5. Technique and Application

• Learn how to properly hold and manipulate the machine and needle to create realistic-looking hair follicles.
• Understand the different techniques used to create different types of hairlines and densities.
• Practice creating small dots and gradually building up density to achieve a natural-looking result.

6. Aftercare and Maintenance

• Understand how to properly care for the scalp after the procedure to ensure proper healing and pigment retention.
• Educate your clients on how to maintain their scalp micro pigmentation and how to schedule touch-up appointments.

7. Work On Melons and Live Models

In order to become a Licensed Tattoo Artist in Nevada applicants must be in an apprenticeship for a minimum of six months under a mentor. Our Paramedical Tattoo Apprenticeship Program is an intensive 6-month supervised mentorship where you’ll gain hands-on experience learning innovative techniques to launch your career within the permanent makeup industry. Led by owner of Glamour Gains Studio and Academy LLC. Our curriculum will cover fundamentals of paramedical tattoo to help lay out a strong foundation towards mastery of various tattooing techniques.

Glamour Gains Studio and Academy LLC. is committed to promoting the success of our mentees development by providing high quality training within a supportive learning environment focused on our students growth as a Paramedical Tattoo Artist and professional. After successful completion of the program trainees will receive a Certificate of Completion with Glamour Gains Studio and Academy LLC.

During your 6 month apprenticeship, you will get to shadow Peggy as she she works works on clients, and you will get to work on your own clients/live models as well. During this time, you will get to properly learn, digest, and experience many different types of situations within the Paramedical Industry.

Requirements Needed Prior to Class Date:

• Must be 18 years of age or older with valid state ID
• Prospective students must complete the Bloodborne Pathogen Training
• No prior PMU experience needed, but is preferred.

**If your state or country requires you to obtain a valid tattoo license, then you must obtain one separately. Glamour Gains Studio and Academy LLC does not have the ability to grant these licenses as our program is a form of continuing education that will only provide certification.**
