About Me

I’m Peggy, a New York City native with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from CUNY York College. In 2013, I moved to Las Vegas, NV, where I pursued my passion for beauty. I became a Licensed Aesthetician after graduating from the Aveda Institute and later expanded my expertise as a Licensed Tattoo Artist specializing in Permanent Makeup.

My passion for lashing started in 2018 when I took my first lash extension course. The precision and artistry involved immediately captivated me—it felt like solving a puzzle, and the process became therapeutic. In 2019, I decided to take my skills further by enrolling in Aveda’s Esthetician program. After completing my training, I successfully passed the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology, officially launching my career in the beauty industry.

Glamour Gains Studio and Academy was born from my deep passion for paramedical tattooing and my mission to help women feel more confident in their own skin. I started my journey by specializing in stretch mark and scar camouflage, using advanced tattooing techniques to restore natural skin tones and enhance beauty. I witnessed firsthand how transformative this work could be—not just physically, but emotionally. Seeing my clients regain their confidence and embrace their bodies with newfound self-love was incredibly rewarding, and it fueled my desire to do more.

As I perfected my craft, I realized there was a growing need for skilled professionals in paramedical tattooing. Many aspiring artists were eager to learn, but there were limited training opportunities available. That’s when I decided to expand Glamour Gains Studio and Academy into an education hub, offering classes, hands-on training, and apprenticeships for those looking to enter this specialized field. My goal was to create a space where students could receive high-quality education, gain real-world experience, and build successful careers in a rapidly growing industry.

Today, Glamour Gains Studio and Academy is more than just a business—it’s a community. I take pride in mentoring and guiding new artists, helping them develop their skills while fostering a supportive environment where they can grow. By providing both training and a platform for career development, I strive to not only transform lives through paramedical tattooing but also empower the next generation of professionals to make a meaningful impact in the beauty and wellness industry.

In 2022, I founded Glamour Gains Studio Suites in Las Vegas. When I started my beauty business in 2020, I quickly realized there was a significant gap in the market—there weren’t enough affordable, high-quality salon suite rentals available for ambitious beauty entrepreneurs like myself. I knew firsthand how challenging it could be to find a space that offered both flexibility and affordability while maintaining a professional and supportive environment.

My vision for Glamour Gains Studio Suites is to empower up-and-coming beauty professionals by providing an accessible path to business ownership. I wanted to create more than just a rental space—I wanted to build a community where beauty artists can grow, network, and establish their brands without the overwhelming financial strain of traditional salon leases.

To make business ownership more attainable, I offer competitive and transparent pricing for salon suite rentals, allowing entrepreneurs to scale their businesses at their own pace.
